Privacy Policy
This policy explains what fly-trader.app does with information about its visitors, which is very little, and what the fly-trader software does with your data when you run it, which is nothing that leaves your machine on our account.
No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no forms, no tracking pixels, no customer database. The site is static files on GitHub Pages and loads three fonts from Google. That is the whole list.
What we collect on this site
Nothing directly. fly-trader.app has no sign-up, login, newsletter, comment, contact form, or purchase flow. We do not set cookies or use local storage for tracking, and we run no analytics, session recording, A/B testing, or advertising scripts. We do not fingerprint browsers. There is no server-side code of ours involved in serving the site.
Hosting logs
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log the IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp of each request for security and operational purposes. Those logs are collected by GitHub, Inc., under the GitHub General Privacy Statement. We do not receive them.
Fonts
The pages load three typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them it sends your IP address and user agent to Google, which is governed by Google's privacy policy. Google states that the Fonts API does not set cookies. If you would rather avoid this, block fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; the site falls back to system fonts and remains fully usable.
External links
The site links to GitHub, X, Pump.fun, FlyWire, and other third parties. Once you follow a link you are on their site and subject to their privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. The hero video and images are hosted with the site itself, not embedded from a third-party player.
The software runs on your machine
The fly-trader software is a program you download and run yourself. It has no telemetry, crash reporting, update check, or "phone home" of any kind directed at the project. Everything it records, including market data, your configuration, your wallet keys, your trades, and the brain's state, is written to files and a database on the computer you run it on and stays there.
When it runs, the software talks directly to services you configure with your own credentials, such as Helius, Jupiter, pump.fun, and the Solana network. Those services see your API keys, your requests, your wallet's public address, and any transactions you submit, under their own policies. The project is not a party to those connections and receives nothing from them.
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. Anything the software signs from your wallet is visible to anyone, forever.
GitHub and X
If you open an issue, comment, or star the repository on GitHub, or join or post in the project's X community, that activity is public and is handled by GitHub or X under their policies. We see the same public information anyone else does and keep no separate copy.
Children
The site is not directed at children and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone, children included. The software and the $FLY token are for adults only.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Requests about hosting logs go to GitHub; requests about font requests go to Google; requests about your on-chain activity cannot be fulfilled by anyone, because the blockchain is immutable.
Changes
If the site ever starts collecting anything, this page will say so before it happens, with a new effective date. Check the date at the top.
Contact
The project has no legal entity or mailbox. Questions about this policy may be raised by opening an issue on the GitHub repository. Issues are public; do not include personal information.
